Rethink the strategy. Rethink the creative. That was the brief when I inherited this program. No small ask.
So my art director and I picked apart the current program, studied competing programs, and put it all together to help define a new strategy—one that more clearly and effectively pushed consumers down the shopping funnel. And, we gave the program a creative face lift, giving the emails tighter copy and bolder imagery.
